It s back to basics on everyone s favorite fall meal: classic steak and sides. Ina s turning up the volume on steak home classics and she s getting her friend TR to taste test the recipes for her. Filet steaks are saut ed then oven roasted to perfection with a fabulous Roquefort and chive sauce. Then she s offering some delicious sides - saut ed wild mushrooms and crispy cornmeal fried onions rings.

Perfect Dinner Party

Who better to throw the perfect party party than Ina Garten herself? The secret is a three-part meal with a perfect sweets ending. To start easy appetizers then Bay Scallop Gratins and to complete two delicious homemade candies White Chocolate Bark and Fleur de Sel Caramels.

As you understand Giada De Laurentiis' new show Giada at Home premieres Oct. 18 like well and The Chef Jeff Project has its primarily episode on Oct. 12 at 10pm ET.

Lots of greatness in October. The best month of the year in my opinion.
