This tutorial is written by me Carmin of Carmins Chaos on this 5th day of March. Any resemblance to another tutorial is completely coincidental and definitely not intended.
Things needed for this tutorial:

Winter Nights PTU kit from Vicki of GeminiCreationz which you can purchase Here or Here.
Tube of selection I employ/utilized the artwork of the talented Barbara Jensen You MUST have a license to employ/utilize her job and you can purchase her tubes here.
No Plugins Needed!!!

Lets Begin:
Open a new image 550x650 we can resize later.
Open gczframe04.png and resize by 65%
Click inside the center of our frame using the magic wand
Selections > Modify > Expand by 3
Drop shadow 0 0 50 5 black shadow on new layer unchecked
Open gczpaper1.jpg
Paste love a new layer on our working image
Selections > Invert > and hit delete one time on your crucialboard
Select None.
Paste a tube of your choosing love a new layer. Crop surplus edges of tubes off if you would like it to seem like its coming out of the frame.
Add our drop shadow again.
Drop shadow 0 0 50 5 black shadow on new layer unchecked
Open gczflowercluster.png resize by 40% copy and paste as a new layer on our working image placing It to the bottom left of our frame.
Duplicate our flower layer
Image Mirror and drop shadow both flower layers
Again using Drop shadow 0 0 50 5 black shadow on new layer unchecked
Open gczfrostytree.png and resize by 50% copy and paste as a new layer moving it to the left side of our image.
Send layer to bottom and duplicate
Image mirror.
Drop shadow 0 0 50 5 black shadow on new layer unchecked
Open gcz_metalflowers.png and resize by 70%
Paste as a new layer flip and place towards the bottom of our frame
Duplicate image and mirror
Add drop shadow again
Open gcz_flower07.png and resize by 70% TWICE
Paste as a new layer placing it in the center of our two flower clusters.
Now add copyright information for your tube
Add name of selection and that s it..
